Michelle Fishpaw - CLAIRE'S VOICE

Join Narragansett's own Michelle Fishpaw as she signs and speaks about Claire's Voice, Saturday, May 21 from 2-4pm. This event is free and open to all.

Imagine a mother's horror when she finds her 11-month-old daughter suffering on the floor after being shaken by a babysitter. Against the odds, Claire Fishpaw survived and continually amazed her doctors. This book is the story of a mother and father's inspirational quest to provide their daughter with a beautiful life filled with hope. Claire's unforgettable journey is one miracle after another.

Michelle Fishpaw currently lives in Narragansett, Rhode Island, with her family.  In addition to writing, she enjoys taking walks on the beach and collecting sea glass and shells.  After being in the teaching field for 20 years, she chose to pursue another career and is currently a licensed massage therapist.  She remains a passionate advocate in raising awareness about child abuse.  Through speaking events, she has helped others locally and nationally.
